| 摘 要： | 为探讨影响肺癌外科治疗的预后因素，对２７５例肺癌患者，从年龄、病理类型及不同治疗方法等８个方面分析对预后的影响。用乘积限法计算生存率，用时序检验其显著性。进而用ＣＯＸ模型进行单因素和多因素分析及不同预后指数下生存率的估计。结果表明：单因素分析对预后有影响的因素为临床分期和手术术式，经ＣＯＸ回归模型分析只有临床分期是影响肺癌外科治疗的唯一因素。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲａ期５年生存率分别为４１．９％、１４．８％和５．１％，Ⅱｂ和Ⅳ期均为０。

| Abstract: | To explore the prognostic factors of lung cancer with surgical treatment,275 cases with primary lung cancer were analysised.Product limit method was used to calculate the survival rate,its significance was tested by log rank text.Univariate analysis and multrivariate analysis of COX model were to inquire into the possible factors which affected prognosis of disease.Results:Clinical stage was the only factor affecting prognosis in the operated patients.The eariler clinical stage is,the higher survival rate is,in particular long term survival rate. |
