医疗机构结核病诊治状况分析

目的了解医疗机构肺结核患者诊治现状。方法通过收集相关数据，分析医疗机构住院肺结核患者分类、住院治疗费用、用药情况、医疗机构医务人员结核病防治知识知晓情况。结果在医疗机构住院治疗的肺结核患者，既包括有合并症、耐药、做鉴别诊断等需要住院治疗的患者，也包括部分可在门诊治疗患者；住院费用中，用于抗结核治疗药品费用小于30％；治疗方案不规范，主要表现为初治肺结核不合理使用二线抗结核药品，过多加用抗感染治疗药品，医疗机构医务人员结核病诊断治疗知识缺乏。结论各级行政部门应严把肺结核归口管理，各级医疗机构应加强临床医生结核病诊治知识培训，严格执行国家标准治疗方案。

Status of tuberculosis diagnosis treatment in general hospitals

Objective To analyze the status of the diagnosis and treatment in general hospitals for TB. Methods The data were collected to analyze the type of the TB patients, the payment for the hospitalization, the method of the treatment and the knowledge of the TB in health workers. Results Besides the patients seriously ill, MDR- TB and the patients waiting for diagnosis, some patients can be treated at clinic are also hospitalized. The charge of the drugs was less than 30% in all. There was no standard treatment regime and the second line drugs were overused. The health workers in general hospital were lack of the knowledge on TB diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Setting up the medicare organization modes in transferring of patients and strengthening the training to the general hospital to standard the treatment regime.
