| 摘 要： | 目的研究便秘患者行混合痔手术后相关并发症的发生规律。方法将168例混合痔患者分为两组,其中观察组(混合痔伴便秘)83例,对照组(混合痔)85例。两组患者术后均常规处理,分别观察首次排便时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间、各时段大便性状及并发症情况。结果观察组术后常见的并发症是首次排便困难、便血、排便疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀,第5天左右为高发期,之后逐渐缓解。结论便秘者混合痔手术疗效欠佳,创面愈合时间长,应尽早改善排便情况,减少并发症发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the occurrence regularity of the post-operative complications of mixed hemorrhoids with Astriction. Methods Eighty-three mixed hemorrhoids with astriction patients were divided into treatment group and 85 mixed hemorrhoids patients were included in the control group. Conventional postoperative treatment was received by both groups. The first defecation time, the length of hospitalization, the wound healing time and the character of stool in each period and complications were observed. Results The peak period at the first difficult defecation, hematochezia, anal pain, anal swelling, anal bearing-down occurred at the fifth day in the treatment group, and then alleviated gradually. Conclusion For patients with mixed hemorrhoids with astriction, the operation was unfavorable, and the wound healing time was longer. We should improve defecation as soon as possible to reduce the complications. |
