生存素基因促进肿瘤发生和发展作用的研究进展

生存素基因(survivin)具有抗凋亡和调节细胞有丝分裂双重功能,并且特异性表达于人类胚胎发育组织及大部分人类肿瘤组织中。众多研究发现,survivin在肿瘤细胞中的表达受多种机制调节,与肿瘤的发生、发展、血管形成、转移及治疗抵抗、患者预后判断等关系密切。目前,sur-vivin与肿瘤关系的研究有了很大的进展,有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点之一。

The Research Progress of Survivin Promoting Tumor Genesis and Development

Survivin,a bifunctional protein,inhibits cell apoptosis and regulates cell mitosis.It is expressed in the majority of human tumors and fetal tissues but is not expressed in most normal adult tissues.Recent findings demonstrate that survivin is regulated by a variety of mechanisms in cancers,and it is associated with tumorigenesis,progression,angiogenesis and metastasis.Survivin is also involved in cancer therapy resistance and prognosis judgement.The study of survivin in cancer research has made great progress recently,which may prove to be a new therapeutic target in cancer therapy.
