尿酸与脑梗死关系的研究进展

摘    要:尿酸是一种水溶性抗氧化剂、强大的氧自由基清除剂,动物实验表明血中高尿酸水平对缺血的脑组织有保护作用。然而,临床上关于尿酸与脑梗死的关系却颇有争议。一方面,传统的研究表明高尿酸血症常与高血压、血脂异常等同时存在,可能会增加患者发生脑梗死的风险,并使其预后不良;另一方面,新近的研究显示,高尿酸血症对脑梗死患者梗死灶周围缺血性脑组织的超氧化损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:Uric acid is a water-soluble antioxidant,also a powerful free radical scavenger.Study with experimental cerebral ischemia has demonstrated the neuroprotective effects of elevated serum uric acid.But in clinical,the relationship between uric acid and cerebral infarction is controverted.Traditional research demonstrated that hyperuricemia always coexists with hypertension and dyslipidemia,which will lead to a poor prognosis for cerebral infarction;however recent clinical study demonstrated the neuroprotective effects of elevated serum uric acid,because uric acid could scavenge superoxide that mediated oxidative damage in the brain tissues around infarction.
