CT及磁共振冠状动脉血管成像的进展
摘    要:冠状动脉血管成像经历了数字减影血管造影、CT血管造影、磁共振血管造影等几个过程。数字减影血管造影由于其空间分辨率及时间分辨率高,成为金标准;CT冠状动脉血管成像已经在临床上广泛应用,其图像质量已达到诊断水平,但由于其辐射等不良反应,逐渐向低辐射剂量方向发展;磁共振冠状动脉血管成像临床应用还不成熟,其应用具有巨大的潜力,随着3.0 T磁共振的应用,磁共振冠状动脉造影研究也更加深入。现从CT及磁共振冠状动脉血管成像的技术特点及临床上的应用进行综述。

Progress of CT and Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the Coronary Arteries
Abstract:Coronary angiography experienced a developing processes of digital subtraction angiography(DSA),CT angiography(CTA),and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),and DSA becomes the gold standard due to its high spatial resolution and time resolution.CT coronary angiography has been widely used in clinical applications,with its image quality reaching the diagnostic level,but due to the adverse effects of its radiation,it is gradually developing to the direction of low radiation doses.The clinical application of coronary MR angiography is not yet ripe,while its application has tremendous potential,the study of which will become deeper along with the application of the 3.0T magnetic resonance.Here is to make a review on CT and MR coronary artery imaging from the aspects of the technical characteristics and clinical applications.
