外科患者术后肺栓塞的研究进展

肺栓塞是指各种栓子堵塞肺动脉或其分支、导致机体氧气和血液供应障碍的一种临床综合征,无特异性症状及体征,及时诊断较困难,误诊、漏诊及病死率均较高。因此,应引起临床医师的高度重视,争取早期正确诊断及处理。近年来,关于肺栓塞的研究,诸如外科患者术后肺栓塞的流行病学特点、危险因素、诊断和治疗等方面都有一定进展,对临床诊疗均有指导意义。

Research Progress of Post-operation Pulmonary Embolism

Pulmonary embolism refers to the clinical syndrome caused by embolus blocking pulmonary artery or its branches,hindering the oxygen and blood supply of tissues.It is hard to make an earlier correct diagnosis because of the lack of specific symptoms and signs,thus its misdiagnosis rate and mortality still remains high.The physicians should pay special attention to it and seek correct diagnosis and treatment as early as possible.Recently,progresses have been made in this field,and here is to make a review on the epidemiology,risk factors,diagnosis and therapy of post-operation pulmonary embolism.
