儿科护士心理健康状况和应对方式的研究

目的]探讨儿科护士的心理健康状况及应对方式,以提高护理质量。方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ),对福州市58名儿科护士及59名普通科室护士进行心理健康状况和应对方式的调查。结果]儿科护士SCL-90的强迫、抑郁及焦虑因子分高于普通科室护士因子分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TCSQ的消极应对均分高于普通科室护士均分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中,儿科护士工作年限≤5年、>20年者多采用消极应对方式。儿科护士的SCL-90总均分及部分因子分与消极应对方式均分呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]儿科护士存在一定的心理健康问题,应注重应对方式与心理状态的调整,以提高护理质量。

A study on psychological health state and coping styles of pediatric nurses

Objective:To probe into psychological health state and coping styles of pediatric nurses,so as to enhance quality of nursing.Methods:A total of 58 pediatric nurses and 59 nurses in common departments in Fuzhou City were investigated on their psychological health state and coping styles by adopting symptom checklist (SCL-90) and trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ).Results:Factor scores of compel, depression and anxiety of pediatric nurses of SCL-90 were all higher than those of nurses in common departments. There was statistical significant difference between them (P<0.05). The average score of negative coping of TCSQ of pediatric nurses was higher than that of nurse in common departments.There was statistical significant difference between them (P<0.05).Among them,most pediatric nurses whose work time was less than or equal to 5 years or more than 20 years coped negatively.The total average score of SCL-90 and partial factors scores of pediatric nurses all were positive correlated to the average score of their negative copingstyles (P <0.05).Conclusion: There are certain psychological health problems in pediatric nurses. One should pay attention to the adjustment of coping style and psychological state of them, so as to enhance quality of nursing care.
