| 摘 要： | 目的观察通心络胶囊对脑梗死病人的临床疗效及血液流变学的影响.方法经临床及头部CT扫描确诊的脑梗死病人70例,随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组30例.对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在西药的基础上加用通心络胶囊,观察两组临床疗效及血液流变学指标的变化.结果治疗组显效率和总有效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05);全血黏度、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与对照组比较,亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论通心络胶囊能明显改善脑梗死病人临床症状和血液流变学指标,对促进脑梗死康复和提高病人生活质量有积极的意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the acting mechanism of Tongxinluo capsule(TXLC)by observing its efficacy in treating cerebral infarction and the effect on hemorheology.Methods Seventy patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the TXLC group(n=40)and the control group(n=30).The therapeutic effect and changes of hemorheology before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate and the average decreased score in the TXLC group were obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Significant difference was also found between the two groups in the level of cholesterol(CHO)and low density lipoprotein(LDL).Conclusion TXLC could markedly improve the therapeutic effect of cerebral infarction and shear rate,and decrease CHO and LDL. |
