| 摘 要： | 目的：观察后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术的手术方法及疗效。方法：观察22例（23眼）手术结果随访1—12个月。结果：术后视力≥0．5者72％。并发症主要为人工晶体偏心和倾斜。结论：后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术，对于无后囊膜或后囊膜破裂者是一种可行有效的术式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods:25 eyes of 24 cases were observed during the following-up of 1-12 momhs.Results: The visual acuity without correction was 0.5 or better in 18 eyes(72.0%).The complication included the lens tilt and decentration.Conclusions: Our results showed that two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was feasible and effecive in the cases without posterior capsule or with posterior capsular rupture. |
