原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者淋巴细胞表型与功能的研究

对25例原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者进行了T、B淋巴细胞表型、PAIgG含量、血清干扰素(IFN)浓度与性质及PHA诱生外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)IFN水平的测定,分析了这些指标与血小板数的关系。并设25例正常人对照。结果显示:ITP患者外周血B淋巴细胞百分值与PAIgG值升高,二者与血小板数呈负相关关系;患者外周血CD_4~ 细胞百分值下降,CD_8~ 细胞百分值升高。CD_4~ /CD_8~ 下降,CD_4~ /CD_8~ 与血小板数呈正相关关系;患者血清IFN浓度升高,与血小板数呈负相关关系;PHA刺激患者PBL IFN诱生水平无明显改变。提示淋巴细胞数目与功能异常及免疫细胞调节紊乱在ITP发病中可能起一定作用。

Study on the Fumctional and Phenotypic Properties of Lymphocyte in the Patients with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP)

Preliminary functional and phenotypic properties of lymphocyte in ITP patients were investigated compared with normal subjects. The results showed that the proportion of CD4 /CD8 ratios were depressed and directly correlated with platelet counts (P<0. 05). Both the proportion of B lymphocyte and the level of PAIgG were increased in patients and inversely related with platelet counts (P<0. 001,P<0. 01). The serum IFN titers were higher in patients and showed an inverse correlation with platelet counts (P<0. 01). The titers of IFN secreted by lymphocyte after PHA stimulation did not show significantly change beteen the patients and controls. These results suggeted that the disorder of immunological regulation may constribute to immunologic aberration in ITP.
