| 摘 要： | 肝细胞肝癌是世界上病死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一。蛋白质组学是以生物体系整体蛋白质为研究对象,其研究以双向凝胶电泳和质谱技术为核心,旨在研究蛋白质表达谱和蛋白质与蛋白质之间相互作用的新领域,已被广泛应用于疾病的相关研究。随着后基因组时代的到来,运用蛋白质组学技术对肿瘤的研究已经成为人们关注的焦点。本文着重就蛋白质组学在肝细胞肝癌中研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of malignant tumor having the highest death rate worldwide.Proteomics is a new field aimed at studying the protein expression spectra and interaction of protein and protein,of which the object is to study the whole protein of biosystem,the key of study is two dimensional gel electrophoresis.It has been widely used in the study related to diseases.With the coming of postgenome,tumor study by using proteomics techinique is becoming focus attacting more attention from people.This article reviews progress about proteomics in hepatocellular carcinoma. |
