| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨左旋精氨酸在食管癌治疗中的作用。方法：８６例患者随机分为两组，实验组术前１５天静脉输注左旋精氨酸０．５ｋｇ／ｋｇ天，然后手术。标本行细胞凋亡检查，与对照组对比。结果：实验组肿瘤细胞凋亡阳经明显高于对照组。结论：左旋中引起食管癌细胞的凋亡，在管癌治疗中的有一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of L arginine for patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:Eighty six patients were randomly divided into two groups:each of 43 cases in experimental group and control group.L arginine was given at 0.5g/kg/d iv for 15 days prior to operation of the experimental group.Apoptosis in these samples were detected by terminal labeling method and compared with control group.Results:It showed that apoptosis cell in experimental group siginificantly increased than that in control group.Conclusion:It suggests that L arginine plays an important role in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma. |
