五种食用合成色素的遗传毒理学效应研究

摘    要:本文采用生物学检测技术,对五种国产食用合成色素的遗传毒理学效应进行研究。结果表明,在一定剂量范围内,合成色素能明显诱导紫露草四分体微核素的提高,与对照组比较,达显著或极显著差异水平(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),并有一定的剂量反应工作,F检验还显示这五种不同色素的四分体微核率间差异极显著。

STUDY ON GENETICAL TOXICAL EFFECTS OF FIVE EDIBLE SYNTHETIC PIGMENTS
Abstract:This article is about the study on genetical toxical effects of five home made edible synthetic pigments by suing bioassay. Results showed that the synthetic pigments with certain dose range would evidently induce the increase of micronucleus frequencies of Tradescantia Paludosa tetrads, The micronucleus frequencies reached significant or highly significant difference as compared with control (P<0.05, P<0.01), There was also the obvious dose response relationshop. F test also showed that significant difference of tetrad micronucleus frequencies induced by five pigments. Meanwhile they could induce the increase of micronucleus frequencies of Vicia faba root tip cells, the test indicated an ultimate difference between higher dose groups and the control group. The study suggested that the edible synthetic pigments could induce chromosomes damage in plant sex cells and somatic cells, and that had genetical toxical effects with tested dose.
