摘    要:目的:探讨中国重性抑郁障碍患者(MDD)药物治疗前后脑诱发电位(BEP)变化。方法:用美国NicoletSpirit脑电生理仪记录45例MDD病人(病例组)和45例健康者(对照组)听觉诱发电位(AEP),比较两组AEP值的差别及病例组氟西汀治疗前后AEP值变化。结果:病例组与对照组之间P300潜伏期有显著性差异。药物治疗无效者治疗前后AEP各指标无显著性差异,有效者治疗前后P300潜伏期有显著性差异。结论:重性抑郁障碍患者P300潜伏期延长,药物治疗后P300恢复情况可作为衡量疗效的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective:To examine the brain evoked potential(BEP) in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD) before and after the administration of fluoxetine.Methods:Auditory evoked potential(AEP) before and after the administration of fluoxetine were assessed in 45 MDD patients,and the difference in AEP was compared between 45 MMD patients and 45 normal controls.Results:There was significant difference in P300 latency between MDD patients and normal controls.No significant difference was found in AEP parameters before and after the administration of fluoxetine in patients who showed no response to the treatment.Prolonged P300 latency was normalized in patients in whom the therapeutic effects were satisfactory.Conclusion:P300 latency is significantly prolonged in MDD patients.The normalization of P300 latency after drug treatment could be used to identify the therapeutic effect.
