1999-2003年辽宁省城乡居民自杀死亡率调查

目的了解辽宁省城乡居民自杀死亡的状况,为预防自杀提供依据。方法采用辽宁省疾病预防控制中心1999—2003年城乡自杀死亡资料及公安部门提供的人口数据,对辽宁省城乡自杀死亡进行分析。结果辽宁省城市居民1999—2003年平均自杀死亡率为6.28/10万,农村为18.34/10万,农村高于城市（χ^2=1626.74,P〈0.0001）。自杀死亡率随年龄增长而增高,男性高于女性,但农村15～24岁女性高于男性（χ^2=5.48,P〈0.05）。城乡间自杀方式构成存在统计学意义（χ^2=778.75,P〈0.01）。农村自杀死亡时间季节性较城市明显。结论辽宁省城乡居民自杀死亡率差异显著,应重点对农村、老年、男性及15～24岁农村女性采取有针对性的预防措施,以降低自杀死亡率。

Analysis on the Suicide Mortality of Urban and Rural Residents in Liaoning Province during 1999 to 2003

Objective To study the differences of suicide mortalities of the urban and rural residents in Liaoning Province. Methods The 1999-2003 suicidal data form Liaoning CDC were analyzed. Results Average suicide mortality was 6.28 for city and 18.34 for country per 100 000 persons in Liaoning Province during 1999 to 2003. The rural suicide mortality was higher than urban （X^2=1626.74, P〈0.000 1）. The suicide mortality was increased with the age. Male suicide mortality was higher than female＇s, but the mortality of female aged 15-24 yrs in rural area was higher than that of male （X^2=5.48, P〈0.05）.There were obvious differences between urban and rural suicide methods （X^2=778.75, P〈0.01）. The seasonal feature of suicide morbidity was obvious in rural than in urban. Conclusions The prevention objects were those living in rural area, especially older males and female living in rural area aged 15-24. It should do something diverse to prevent suicide.
