| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD59基因在胃癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法以胃癌细胞系,胃癌组织和癌旁正常配对组织为材料,采用RT-PCR法和Real-Time PCR法测定CD59基因的mR-NA表达水平。结果CD59 mRNA在7株不同来源、不同分化程度的胃癌细胞系中表达水平不相同;在19对配对组织中有16对(16/19,84%)肿瘤组织表达水平低于与其配对的癌旁正常组织。结论CD59 mRNA的表达在胃癌细胞系中表现出组织特异性,其表达水平与胃癌细胞分化程度有一定关系;并且CD59 mRNA在胃癌组织中普遍低表达可能是肿瘤发生的早期事件之一,对胃癌的发生发展可能具有重要生物学意义。

| Abstract: | Objectives To approch the expression and biological significance of CD59 gene in gastric cancer. Methods To assess the mRNA expression level of CD59 by RT-PCR and Real-Time PCR in gastric cancer cell lines, gastric cancer tissues and paired nomal-appearing tissues. Results The mRNA expression level of CD59 is different in gastric cancer cell lines of diverse source and differentiation; The mRNA expression level of CD59 is lower in 16 of 19 (16/19, 84%) gastric tissues than in paired nomal-appearing tissues. Conclusion The mRNA expression level of CD59 is tissue specificity in gastric cell lines, and is related to the differentiation of gastric cells; The common lower expression level of CD59 mRNA in gastric tissues maybe one of presymptoms in carcinogenesis, and may show some important biological significance and function in carcinogenesis of gastric cancer. |
