| 摘 要： | 直接用白血病骨髓细胞进行SCE检查比较困难,报道尚少。本文介绍了一种改进的白血病骨髓细胞SCE技术,经实际应用不但效果良好,且更快更简便。

| Abstract: | It is quite difficult to culture leukemic bone marrow cells for sister chromatid exchange (SCE) detection. As yet, there were a few about it in the literature. We reported a simple, quick method of SCE detection in leukemic bone marrow cells under gerneral laboratory conditions. It needed only 52 hours for culture. Giemss stain was used in differential staining without fluorescent dys.We observed the SCE incidence,growth kinetic and Ph' positive rates in 10 normal persons and 7 patients with untreated CML with this method. The results were similar with other reports.It was the two succesfull factors of this mehtod that the culture cells concertration were severely controled and the reparation of culture medium was modified, |
