阴道镜配合CCT诊断宫颈HPV亚临床感染的价值

目的 :探讨阴道镜联合计算机辅助细胞学检查 ( CCT)诊断宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒 ( HPV)亚临床感染 ( SPI)的价值。方法 :对 1 90例 CCT异常的患者行阴道镜检查及多点活检 ,发现 76例 SPI,宫颈糜烂者占 80 % ,对其 CCT及阴道镜检查结果与病理比较。结果 :CCT灵敏度 71 % ,特异度 74% ,阳性预测值 60 % ,阴性预测值 82 % ,阴道镜检查灵敏度71 % ,特异度 68% ,阳性预测值 5 5 % ,阴性预测值 81 %。两种方法联合灵敏度 82 % ,特异度60 %。结论 :两种方法联合使用可提高 SPI的诊断率。

Value of colposcopy with computer cytologycol test (CCT) in the diagnosis of subclinical papillomavirus infection (SPI)

Objective:To evalute the efficacy of combination of colposcopy with CCT in diagnosis of SPI. Methods:Colposcopy exam and multi dot biopsy were carried out in 190 cases with abnormal CCT. At meantime the results were compared. Results: Out of the patients,76 cases were SPI,80% with cervical erosion. The sensitivity and specificity of CCT were 71% and 74% respectively,positive and negtive predictive value were 60% and 82%. The sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy exam were 71% and 68% respectively,positive and negtive predictive value were 55% and 81%. The sensitivity and specificity of combination of two methods were 82% and 60% respectively. Conclusions:The combination of the two methods can enhance the diagnosis rate of SPI.
