| 摘 要： | 目的]观察鼻前庭吸氧在2岁以内患儿的临床应用效果.方法]选取100例2岁以内患支气管肺炎并且有中度缺氧症状的住院惠儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用鼻前庭吸氧,对照组采用常规鼻导管吸氧.设定氧流量为1.5L/min.观察两组患儿吸氧前、吸氧后30 min、吸氧后1 h测经皮血氧饱和度(SpO<,2>)变化情况及临床缺氧症状改善情况.结果]观察组与对照组在SpO<,2>和缺氧症状改善方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论]鼻前庭吸氧和常规鼻导管吸氧对2岁以内中度缺氧患儿治疗效果相近.
