| 摘 要： | 目的：为了观察苄星青霉素与水剂青霉素治疗早期梅毒的疗效。方法：44例患者接受苄星青霉素240万U肌注，每周1次，其3次，38例接受水剂青霉素80万U肌注，每日4次，共15天。结果：一年后苄星青霉素治疗组RPR阴转率90．9％，水剂青霉素组为86．6％（P＞0.05）。结论：水剂青霉素是治疗早期梅毒的有效药物。

| Abstract: | To compare the effects of Penicilline G Benzathine vs Penicilline Na in treating early syphilis. Methods Forty - Four patients received. Penicllin G Bezathine 2400000 U im, once aweek for three weeks. Another thirty - eight Patients received Peniclline Na 800000 U im, qid for fifteen days. Results After one year, the negative rate of RPR was 90. 9% in the group of Penicilline GBenzathine and 86. 6% in Penicilline Na(P>0. 05). Conclusion Penicilline Na is an effective drug forthe trecatment of early syphlis. |
