胎儿心室内灶状强回声在胎儿结构畸形诊断中的临床价值

目的探讨胎儿心室内灶状强回声在胎儿结构畸形诊断的临床价值。方法对胎儿超声心动图诊断为心室内灶状强回声的1068例胎儿进行回顾性分析,重点分析心室内灶状强回声位置、数量与胎儿结构畸形的相关性。结果左心室内1个灶状强回声754例（70.6%）,2个灶状强回声221例（20.7%）,3个灶状强回声23例（2.1%）,数个灶状强回声7例;右心室内1个灶状强回声9例,数个灶状强回声2例;双心室内灶状强回声52例（4.9%）。合并其他部位畸形7例（0.66%）。结论胎儿心室内灶状强回声位置、数量与胎儿结构畸形相关性不大。

The clinical value of fetal echogenic intracardiac focus in diagnosing fetus malformation

Objective To investigate the clinical value of fetal echogenic intracardiac focus（EIF） in diagnosing fetus malformation.Methods Echocardiographic diagnosis of fetal ventricular foci for the strong echo of the 1068 cases were retrospectively analyzed fetal,mainly focusing on the correlation between fetus malformation and position and number of fetal echogenic intracardiac focus.Results As for EIF in left ventricle,there were 754 cases（70.6%） with 1 EIF,221 cases（20.7%） with 2 EIF,23 cases（2.1%）with 3 EIF and 7 cases with several EIF.Meanwhile,as for EIF in right ventricle,there were 9 cases with 1 EIF,2 cases with several EIF.Furthermore,there were 52 cases（4.9%） with EIF in both left and right ventricle,as well as 7 cases（0.66%） with malformation in other position.Conclusion There is no significant correlation between fetus malformation and position and number of fetal Intracardiac Echogenic Focus.
