| 摘 要： | 研究支气管哮喘患儿血清一氧化氮的变化及临床意义 。方法采用镀铜镉还原法和放射免疫法测定患者血清ＮＯ２／ＮＯ３和ｃＧＭＰ的含量。结论哮喘急性发作期ＮＯ的生长增多，参与哮喘的发病过程，血清Ｎ煌测定可作为判断治疗效果的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the change of serum nitric oxide(NO) in children with bronchial asthma and its clinical significance \ Methods\ Serum nitrate/nitrite(NO 2/NO 3) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) in patients and normal subjects were measured with copper coated Cadium reduction method and radioimmunoassay \ Results\ Serum NO 2/NO 3 and cGMP in patient group at acute stage were significantly higher than those in normal subjects group(P<0 01 and P<0 01) \ Serum NO 2/NO 3 and cGMP in patient group at recovery stage were significantly lower than those at acute stage(P<0 01 and P<0 05) \ There was no statistical difference between patients at recovery stage and normal subjects (P>0 05 and P>0 05) \ Conclusion\ These results indicated that NO is associated with the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma in children \ Detecting serum NO may assist to judge the patients condition and may be regarded as an index for evaluation of therapeutic effect of bronchial asthma in children \ These results also suggest that using selective cytotoxic effect of NO may provide a new strategy for the treatment of bronchial asthma |
