| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不能手术切除的中晚期肝癌的治疗新途径。方法：对18例肝癌患者在TACE治疗后再经皮穿刺门静脉置管，采用微电脑控制的全自动注药盒每天在特定的时间向门静脉内注入DDP及以正弦曲线速率注入5-Fu进行时辰化疗，对生存时间进行观察比较。结果：生存期延长；AFP阳性病人的肿瘤标记物AFP大幅度下降；3例门静脉癌栓病人有2例癌栓消失。结论：门静脉置管时辰化疗联合TACE治疗中晚期肝癌疗效较为满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore a new therapeutics on patients with un ab le surgical excisional advanced liver cancer.Metheds:After TACE treatment,18 pat ients with advanced liver cancer were treated by means of the portal vein chrono modulated chemotherapy by which DDP and 5-Fu was infused into the portal vein through the inserted catheter;survival was observed.Results:Survival period was longer;AFP was reduced remarkable;carcinous thrombus in the master portal v ein was missed on two patients among three.Conclusion:It is demonstrated that po rtal vein chronomodulated chemotherapy combined with TACE on treatment of liver cancer is an effective therapy. |
