渭良伤科油预防经上肢静脉输注营养液引起疼痛的观察

目的观察应用渭良伤科油按摩和湿敷预防经留置针上肢静脉营养所致疼痛的效果。方法选择符合经上肢静脉营养标准患者120例,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组58例,对照组62例。观察组输液前(营养液输入后1～10min)、输液中(营养液输入后3～5h)、输液后(营养液输完后)每天3次应用陈渭良伤科油从远心端向近心端按摩外周静脉营养输液侧上肢3～5min,按摩时避开透明敷料固定针孔处直径8cm范围,每次按摩后用浸有渭良伤科油的小方纱湿敷留置针孔上方3cm以上静脉处;对照组不进行按摩和湿敷。每天输液后进行疼痛度和满意度调查。结果疼痛度Z=2.118,P0.05;满意度Z=3.68.P0.001。结论观察组能明显减轻因营养液输入所致的上肢疼痛,提高病人满意度。

Observation for the prevention of parenteral nutrition via indwelling needle caused upper limb pain by Weiliang traumatology oil massage

Objective To observe the application of Wei-liang Shangke oil massage and wet dressing to prevent parenteral nutrition via indwelling needle caused upper limb pain.Method Complies with the standards of upper extremity venous nutrition,120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was 58 cases;the control group was 62 cases,the observation group（intervention group）infusion before（1-10 minutes after the nutrient input）,infusion（the nutrient input after 3-5 hours）,transfusion after（nutrient input exhausted）three times daily application of Wei-liang Traumatology oil from the distal end to the proximal end of massage peripheral parenteral nutrition side of upper limb 3～5min massage,when a transparent dressing to avoid a fixed pinhole diameter of 8cm range,each massage with the soaked Wei-liang Shangke oil retention pinhole small square gauze wet compress over the top 3cm vein;the control group without massage and wet packing;daily pain and satisfaction surveys was conducted after infusion.Result For Pain-degree,Z=2.118,P0.05;satisfaction,Z=3.68,P0.001.ConclusionIntervention group can significantly reduce the nutrient solution due to the input caused by upper limb pain,and improved patient satisfaction.
