ELISA法检测梅毒患者血清中抗心磷脂抗体

目的 :　探讨ELISA法测定抗心磷脂抗体 (ACA)在梅毒检测中的应用价值。方法 :　用ELISA法检测 6 7例梅毒患者血清中ACA水平 ,并对 2 2例ACA阳性的自身免疫性疾病患者血清进行RPR、TPPA检测。结果 :　 39例RPR阳性的梅毒血清中 ,ELISA检测ACA阳性 2 3例 ,若以RPR为金标准 ,ELISA法检测梅毒的敏感性只有 5 8.97%(2 3 39) ;2 8例RPR阴性 (TPPA阳性 )的梅毒血清中 ,ELISA检测ACA阳性 1例。ACA的阳性率与RPR滴度呈正相关 (r=0 .995 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。 2 2例ACA阳性的对照血清 ,TPPA检测均阴性 ,RPR阳性 1例。结论 :　本研究提示ELISA法检测梅毒患者血清中ACA时 ,敏感性和特异性均不如RPR法。

Detection of anticardiolipin antibodies in sera of syphilis by ELISA

Objective: To evaluate the value of an ELISA technique for the detection of anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) in patients with syphilis. Methods: The sera of 67 cases of syphilis were tested by ACA-ELISA, and 22 cases of autoimmune diseases with positive ACA were tested with RPR and TPPA. Results: Of the 39 cases of RPR positive syphilis, 23 were ACA positive by ACA-ELISA. Compared with RPR, the sensitivity of ACA-ELISA was 58.97% (23/39). Of the 28 cases of RPR negative (TPPA positive) syphilis, 1 was ACA positive by ELISA. There was a positive linear correlation between the titer of RPR and the positive rate of ACA by ELISA(r=0.995, P< 0.001). All the 22 control sera of ACA positive cases were TPPA negative, but one of them was RPR positive. Conclusion:The results of the study suggest that the sensitivity and secificity of ACA ELISA in testing for the diagnosis of syphilis are less satifing than RPR.
