糖尿病周围神经病变与高同型半胱氨酸血症关系及机制探讨

摘    要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在糖尿病周围神经病变中的作用及其致病机制。方法选择2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者58例,糖尿病不伴微血管病变患者21例;健康对照组25例。利用高压液相微柱层析法测Hcy,硝酸还原酶法测一氧化氮(NO)。结果糖尿病周围神经病变组Hcy、HbA1c、血糖显著高于糖尿病无周围神经病变组及健康对照组,而NO则显著下降。结论Hcy是糖尿病周围神经病变重要危险因子,机制可能是通过NO损伤血管内皮细胞。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the possibility of homocysteine(Hcy) as a risk factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes and its mechanism.Methods Plasma homocysteine and blood nitrie oxide(NO) were measured in 58 patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,21 patients without diabetic peripheral neuropathy and 25 healthy subjects.Results Plasma Hcy levels in the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were significantly higher than that in the patients without peripheral neuropathy and healthy subjects,where as the level of blood NO were significantly decreased.Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetic patients and its mechanism is posibile of NO bioavaible decreasing.
