良性前列腺增生开放手术同时行经腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术

目的探讨在良性前列腺增生(BPH)开放手术的同时行经腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术的疗效.方法44例伴有可复性腹股沟疝的BPH患者,取耻骨上纵行切口.在盆腔内先行腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术,然后按常规方法行耻骨上或耻骨后前列腺摘除术.结果44例获随访,随访时间为3个月～7年.4例疝复发,复发率为9.1%,其它患者无疝复发或感染.结论在BPH开放手术同时行经腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术是可行的,手术方法简单,效果肯定.

Combined Open Prostatectomy and Preperitoneal Inguinal Herniorrhaphy

Objective To evaluate the effect of simultaneous open prostatectomy and preperitonealinguinal herniorrhaphy. Methods Forty-four patients with benign prostatic hyperplasis (BPH) andinguinal hernia, underwent simultaneous suprapubic or retropubic prostatectomy and preperitonealinguinal herniorrhaphy through phannenstiel's incision. Results The 44 patients were followed up for3 months to 7 year. There were 4 case of recurrence (9.1%), with no infection and recurrence in theother 39 cases. Conclusions Open prostatectomy and preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy can beperformed during thesam session. The operation method is simple and the effect is positive.
