化疗病人医院内感染的临床分析

目的 了解化疗病人医院内感染的发生情况。方法 对452例化疗病人的医院感染情况进行原因分析。结果 化疗病人的医院内感染发生率为8．62％，明显高于同期本院总感染率的5．20％（P＜0．05），发生医院内感染的病死率为38．46％，也显著高于未发生医院内感染的化疗病人病死率的12．59％（P＜0．05）。结论 为减少化疗病人的医院内感染发生率，需改善医疗环境，为化疗病人提供良好的就医环境并采取有效的预防措施。

Clinical analysis of patients receiving chemotherapy with nosocomial infection

Objective To learn the condition of hospital infection in patients receiving chemotherapy.Methods Causes of hospital infection in 452 patients receiving chemotherapy were analysed.Results Occurence rate of hospital infection in patients receiving chemotherapy was 8.62%,which was markedly higher than the total infection rate(5.20%) of our hospital during the corresponding period(P<0.05).The hospital infection mortality was 38.46%,which was markedly higher than those without hospital infection(12.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to reduce the occurence rate of hospital infection in patients receiving chemotherapy,it is necessary to inprove medical environment and take effective preventive measures.
