闭合性肾损伤的诊治分析

目的提高闭合性肾损伤的诊治效果。方法回顾分析本院2000-2006年间收治的58例闭合性肾损伤的诊治资料。结果本组非手术治疗43例,手术治疗15例,治愈55例,死亡3例。结论B超和CT检查可迅速诊断并准确评估肾损伤程度。依据损伤程度,及时制定方案,合理保肾治疗是治疗闭合性肾损伤的关键。

Diagnosis and treatment analysis of closed renal trauma

Objective To improve the accuracy of diagnosis and effectivity of treatment of closed renal trauma. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with closed renal trauma,which were admitted to Jintan People＇ s Hospital between 2000 and 2006, were retrospectively analysed. Results Of 43 nonopperatived and 15 opperatived patients, 55 were recovered and 3 were dead. Condusions Renal trauma can be diagnosed rapidly and evaluated accurately by B ultra sound and CT. The key of treatment of closed renal trauma is to make a reasenable plan and perform a propriate renal preserving procedure according to the injury degree.
