动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

目的　观察动力髋螺钉 (DHS)在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法　对我院自 1995年以来应用DHS内固定治疗的 35例股骨粗隆间骨折的类型、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行总结。结果　 35例病例中有 2 8例得到随访 ,骨折均愈合 ,无加压螺钉穿透股骨头 ,无钢板螺钉断裂 ,患髋功能优良率达82 5 %。结论　DHS在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中具有解剖对位、内固定牢靠、并发症少、能早期功能锻炼 ,是首选内固定材料之一

Effect of DHS for Treatment of femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective To observe the curative effects of the application of the DHS in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The data of 35 cases of intertrochanteric fracture treated by the DHS from 1995 in our hospital were summarized. Results 28 cases among 35 were followed up and the fracture was healed without screw penetrating femoral head and broken of screw. The excellent and good rate of hip function was 82.5%. Conclusion DHS might be one of the best internal fixation materials for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture due to its anatomical apposition, reliable fixation, less complication and early functional exercise.
