简易CPAP供氧对新生偏高体重儿肺炎呼吸窘迫时PO2、SaO2的影响

目的：探讨简易CPAP供氧对新生偏高体重儿肺炎呼吸窘迫的血气PO2、SaO2影响。方法：对入住NICU的新生偏高体重儿（3．5kg〈体重〈5kg）肺炎中出现呼吸窘迫时，除常规抗感染等基本治疗外，采取简易CPAP供氧或面罩供氧治疗。比较两组不同供氧方式治疗前后血气分析中PO2、SaO2的变化。结果：简易CPAP供氧组血气分析主要参数值治疗前与其他组差别无明显性（P〉0．01），治疗后1天、3天差别有明显性（P〈0．01）。结论：简易CPAP供氧对新生偏高体重儿肺炎呼吸窘迫时的临床疗效显著，能改善通气的效率，治疗缺氧。

The Influence of CPAP- provided Oxygen on PO2 and SaO2 in Over - weighted New Born Pneumonia

Objective: To discuss the influence of CPAP-provided oxygen on PO_2 and SaO_2 in over-new born pneumonia.Methods: If over-weight new-borns(3.5 KGs< weight<5 KGs) in NICU suffered from the pneumonia and respiratory distress,the CPAP-provided oxygen were given by the mask and the level of PO_2 and SaO_2 were measured after and before treatment in the test and the control group.Results: There was a significant difference between the test and control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions: It is a better way that CPAP-provided oxygen improve the respiratory distress in over-weight new born.
