| 摘 要： | 目的研制开发注射用二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺,并对其稳定性进行初步考察.方法确定处方组成与制备工艺;并采用影响因素试验考察其稳定性.结果本品在光照、高湿及高温条件下5 d及10 d的样品与0 d比较,其外观性状、pH、澄明度、有关物质及二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺含量等均无明显变化.结论该制剂处方合理,制备工艺可行,稳定性良好.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To research and develop ethylenediamine diaceturate for injection, and to discuss its stability. METHODS Under formulation and manufacturing technique, the stability test was carried out. RESULTS In the condition of illumination, high moist, and high temperature, we compared the samples of the 5th day and the 10th day with the primary sample, its property, pH value, clarity, the related materials and the content were not significantly different. CONCLUSIONS The design of the preparation and manufacturing technique are rational.The preparation is stable. |
