联合化疗对膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87及其耐药亚株联合抑制作用的体外实验研究

摘    要:实验采用微量细胞培养噻唑蓝显色法观察阿霉素(ADM)、足叶乙甙(VP-16)、丝裂霉素C(MMC)和羟基喜树碱(HCPT)等药物联合应用于膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87及其耐药亚株BIU-87/A、BIU-87/V,结果显示:HCPT与MMC、ADM联合应用对亲本及耐药细胞株都能取得较好抑制作用。联合用药能增强化疗药物对BIU-87细胞的毒性作用,并能克服耐药肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性。

Abstract:The MTT assay was used to study the combined chemotherapy of adriamycin (ADM),etoposide (VP 16), mitomycin C (MMC) and hydroxycamptothecine (HCPT) in the treatment of human bladder cancer cell line BIU 87 and its multidrug resistance lines BIU 87/A, BIU 87/V in vitro . Results showed that combined use of HCPT and MMC or ADM had a better synergistic cytotoxicity against the three lines. Combined chemotherapy can increase cytotoxicity against BIU 87 and BIU 87/A, BIU 87/V, and also can overcome multidrug resistance.
