品行障碍患儿应付方式和父母养育方式的相关分析

目的探讨儿童青少年品行障碍患者应付方式和父母养育方式的特点及两者的相关性。方法应用应付方式问卷和父母养育方式评价量表评估青少年品行障碍42例,并与50例正常学生对照,检测两者的相关性。结果在应付方式方面,品行障碍组解决问题评分为0.53±0.16,显著低于对照组,自责、求助、幻想、退避的因子分分别为0.54±0.19、0.46±0.17、0.56±0.21、0.60±0.22,显著高于对照组;在家庭养育方式方面,FF1、MF1因子分分别为41.98±6.32、45.93±10.18,显著低于对照组;其他各项因子分除FF4外均显著高于对照组;相关性结果显示,解决问题-求助与FF1、MF1正相关,与其他各项因子负相关;自责-退避与FF1、MF1负相关,与其他各因子负相关。结论儿童青少年品行障碍患者的应付方式不良,与父母养育方式明显相关。

The relationship between coping style and parental rearing behaviors of children and adolescent with conduct disorder

ObjectiveTo investigate the characters of coping style and parental rearing behaviors in children and adolescent with conduct disorder (CD),then explore the relationship between them. Methods42 patients diagnosed as CD and 50 healthy people were assessed with CSQ and EMBU. ResultsCompared with healthy controls, CD patients suffered from obviously abnormal behavior pattern which manifested by immature coping style in DSQ, while in EMBU, the score of emotional warmth was significantly lower than that of healthy controls, the scores of other factors are higher than that of healthy controls. On relative test mature coping style was positively relative to emotional warmth, while strong aggression, low self-esteem, immature coping style were negatively relative to the other factors of EMBU except for emotional warmth.ConclusionThe child and adolescent with conduct disorder had a maladaptive coping style ,and related to parental rearing behaviors .The parental rearing behaviors were harmful to the development of personality.
