正常听力男女的畸变产物耳声发射的比较

摘    要:为了解听力正常人畸变产物耳声发射(Distortion product otoacoustic emissions,DPOAE)性别上的差异,采用Celesta-503耳声发射分析仪对18~24岁正常听力男女各12名进行DPOAE“听力图”和输入/输出曲线测试.结果显示两性的DPOAE检出率均为100%,其图形完全相似;但女性幅值高于男性,阈强度低于男性,且在一定频率范围内这种差别有统计学意义;女性斜率小于男性,但差异无统计学意义.文中还对其机理进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:The primary goal of present study was to provide a detailed evidence for the influence of gender on Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions(DPOAE) .DPOAE was examined with Celesta-503 Cochlear Emissions Analyser in 12 normal hearing men and women, ranging in age from 18-24 years. DPOAE "audiogram" and I/O functions were compared between two groups. DPOAE prevalences were both 100%; The audiograms and I/O functions were obviously similar between two groups,the female's amplitudes were higher than male's, the thresholds of female group were lower than male group with statistic significance for some frequencies. The slopes input/output curves in females were smaller than in males,there were no apparent differences statistic ally. A preliminary discussion was made to explain the mechanism of the differences.
