氢廓清法测定实验性膜迷路积水耳蜗血流量的改变

摘    要:在建立阻塞性豚鼠膜迷路积水模型的基础上,用氢廓清法分组测定膜迷路积水耳蜗外侧壁的血流量。结果:本组动物积水发生率为77.78%,耳蜗组织病理学改变主要在顶回。血流量测定在术后30天以后有显著减少。积水在前,血流量减少在后,提示膜迷路积水可能因积水过重,时间过长而引起耳蜗血流量减少,两者可互为因果。本文将氢廓清法测定组织血流量与微球法、激光多普勒法进行了比较,认为前者具有定位准确、可持续测定和动态观察、测定血流以绝对量表示等优点。并对积水时蜗顶损害现象进行了分析讨论。

Abstract:To study cochlea blood flow(CoBF) of Endolymphatic Hydrops(EH),we measured CoBF in animal model of EH by means of H 2 clearance measurement.The result:Hydrops in guinea pig had produced 81.3% in our laboratory.The lesion in apical turn were more conspicuous with atrophy and attenuation of stria vascularis,degeneration and disappearance of organ of coti,etc.CoBF only decreased significantly 30 day after operation.CoBF decrease after EH,this maybe result of too serious of EH and too long the period of EH.EH and CoBF decrease maybe as reason and result each other.This paper compare H 2 clearance measurement with intravascular redioactive microsphere technique(RMT) and Laser Doppler,etc,We cohsider that the former has more advantage than other.
