全直肠系膜切除术在中、低位直肠癌手术中的疗效观察

目的:探讨全直肠系膜切除术(total mesorrectal excision,TME)在中、低位直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法:43例直肠癌患者,其肿瘤距肛缘均在10 cm以内。21例应用传统手术方法治疗(传统组),22例应用TME治疗(TME组)。对2组患者的平均手术时间、术中失血量、住院天数、吻合口瘘、排尿、性功能及局部复发率进行比较。结果:2组平均手术时间、术中失血量、局部复发率、泌尿功能障碍、性功能障碍差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01)。住院天数、吻合口瘘、1年生存率、2年生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用TME治疗中、低位直肠癌手术时间短,出血少,并发症少,局部复发率低,是治疗中、低位直肠癌的首选术式。

Observation of the efficacy of total mesorectal excision in the middle and low rectal cancer surgery
