| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合应用腹腔镜、十二指肠镜、胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的微创技术。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2007年6月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）和经内镜乳头括约肌切开术（endoscopic sphincterotomy，EST）或腹腔镜胆道探查术（LCDE）治疗胆道结石128例的临床资料。其中，先行电子十二指肠镜逆行胰胆管造影和／或EST，3～7d后行LC35例；先行LC，7d后行内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）和／或EST25例；同时行I．C和LCDE68例。结果ERCP成功率为100％，EST成功率为96．0％。3种方法结石取净率分别为96．6％、95．2％和93．4％。结论根据胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的不同特点，可联合应用十二指肠镜、腹腔镜和术中胆道镜治疗，使治疗所致的创伤最小，是目前治疗肝外胆管结石较为理想的选择。
