降钙素基因相关肽对大鼠肠系膜微循环的作用

摘    要:应用活体显微电视录像技术,观察降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitoningene-relatedPeptide,CGRP)对大鼠肠系膜微血管和微淋巴管的作用及其对去甲肾上腺素(NE)、内皮素(ET)所致微血管、微淋巴管效应的影响。结果表明,CGRP直接扩张肠系膜各级微血管和微淋巴管,拮抗并改善NE和ET引起的微血管、微淋巴管效应及微循环血液流态的异常改变。CGRP的上述作用与NO的生成和释放无关

Abstract:The dilatant effect of calcitonin gene-related (CGRP), a novel peptide of 37 amino acids, on the mesenteric microvessels and microlymphatics was investigated under video microscopic observation. 10 -6 Mol CGRP directly dilated the mesenteric microvessels and microlymphatics, and could also ameliorate alteration of the hemorheology induced by 10 -5 Mol norepinephrine(NE) or 10 -7 Mol endothelin(ET). However, this amelorative response was not inhibited in the presence of N G-nitro-L-arginine(L-NNA), an inhibitor for production of nitric oxide(NO).
