重型颅脑损伤86例急救方法与体会

目的为重型颅脑损伤患者提供高效快捷合理的救治方法。方法分析86例重型颅脑损伤病例救治、转运过程,开辟绿色通道,为神经外科专业救治争取时间。结果本组86例患者均入院行头颅CT检查并转入神经外科治疗,因重度颅脑损伤死亡31例,病死率为36.05%。结论现场及院前急救对挽救生命、阻止病情恶化,降低死残率十分关键,并为院内救治奠定了基础。

86 cases of severe craniocerebral injury first-aid method and experience

Objective To provide efficient patient with severe head injury fast and reasonable treatment approach.Results The group of 86 patients were hospitalized and given head CT examination and transferred to the neurosurgical treatment,death due to severe head injury in 31 cases,case fatality rate of 36.05%.Conclusion Field and pre-hospital first aid in saving lives,preventing disease progression,reduce the rate of death is critical residue,and laid the foundation for the hospital for treatment.
