出院后韧性概念引导对ICU患者生活态度的作用

目的探讨出院后韧性概念引导对ICU患者生活态度的作用。方法将72例ICU院患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各36例，其中观察组在其出院随访中给予韧性概念引导，而对照组进行常规随访；分别在出院2周后采用《生活目的问卷》（PIL问卷）和《一般自我效能感量表》（GSES量表）进行效果评价。结果观察组出院2周后，其生活目的问卷和一般自我效能感量表的得分均高于对照组（P均〈0．05），差别有统计学意义。结论韧性概念能有效提高ICU患者生活态度，在进行出院指导时应加强韧性概念的引导，促进患者康复。

The Effects of the Resilience after Discharge on Life Attitude of the ICU Patients

Objective：To figure out the effects of the resilience after discharge on life attitude of the ICU patients. Methods：72 ICU patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and intervention group, each group had 36 patients. In the intervention group,using resilience concept in the home visits after discharge. In the control group,routine home visits were conducted on the patients.Two weeks later,Public Aim of Life questionnaire and Genera/ Self-Efficacy scale were involved to evaluate the two groups＂ effects of the two different types of the home visits. Results：After two weeks＇ home visits,the scores of the public aim of life questionnaire and the general self-efficacy scale were higher in intervention group than that of the control group （p 〈0.05 ,p 〈0.05）, which had statistically difference. Conclusion：Using resilience concept in the home visits after patients＇ discharge could improve ICU patients＇ life attitude, then help them better rehabilitate.
