糖尿病病人颈动脉粥样硬化与左室舒张功能之间的关系

目的:探讨糖尿病病人颈动脉粥样硬化与左室舒张功能的关系。方法:将87例糖尿病病人按有无颈动脉粥样硬化分为两组并设年龄相仿的31例正常对照组,利用超声检测颈动脉的内膜-中层厚度(IMT)、最高流速、阻力指数、有无粥样硬化斑块形成等,比较这两组病人及与正常对照组之间的关系。结果:合并有颈动脉粥样硬化组(I组)的左室舒张功能与未合并有颈动脉粥样硬化组(II组)相比有显著性差异,而且糖尿病组与对照组之间也有显著差异。结论:糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样硬化与左室舒张功能有关。

Relationship of between diabetic carotid artery atherosclerosis and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction

Objective To study the relationship between diabetic carotid artery atherosclerosis and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Method The bilateral diabetic carotid artery of 87diabetes(51carotid artery atherosclerosis complication and 31non-complication) and 30normal ones were searched. The vessel diameter,the intima-media thickness(IMT),the maximal systolic velocity(MAX) the resistive index(RI),left ventricular diastolic function plaque were all measured and compard with these corresponding age groups. Results In the group with complications(I group) , left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was more than the group without complications(II group) .Diabetic group(I II group) left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was more than normal group. Conclusion The diabetic left ventricular dysfunction was related to the IMT of the great arteries.
