| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)的表达对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者的临床诊断价值。方法:应用流式细胞仪法对328例AS患者1、113例腰背腿疼患者和40例健康体检人员进行了HLA-B27抗原检测。结果AS患者、腰背腿疼患者和健康体检人员HLA-B27抗原阳性率分别为90.2%(296/328)、12.5%(139/1113)和7.5%(3/40);AS患者中男性患者阳性率95.9%,女性患者阳性率77.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论AS与HLA-B27抗原有高度的疾病相关性,检测HLA-B27对AS的早期诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗都具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of human leukocyte antigen(HLA-B27) in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods HLA-B27 detection was made in 328 patients with AS,1113 patients with waist-back-leg ache and 40 healthy individuals.Result The positive rates of HLA-B27 antigen were separately 90.2%(296/328) in patients with AS,12.5%(139/1113) in patients with waist-back-leg ache and 7.5%(3/40) in healthy individuals.There was significant difference in positive rates of HLA-B27 antigen in male(95.9) and female(77.8%) in patients with'AS(p<0.01).Conclusion There is high relativity in AS and HLA-B27 antigen.It is suggested that the detection of HLA B27 is of value in discovering patients at early stage and might be helpful in enhancing the diagnostic accordance rate. |
