| 摘 要： | 三七(panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen)为云南特产药材,我国常用中药。其功能为滋补强壮,止血化瘀,消肿止痛,治气血虚弱,跌打损伤,产后瘀阻,崩漏,经闭,内出血,胃和十二指肠溃疡,咳血,吐血,便血,尿血,鼻衄等。近年来国内一些医院将三七用于治疗冠心病,获得较好疗效,故我们对三七化学成份进行研究,其研究结果如下:

| Abstract: | San-Chi, the rhizoma of Panax notoginseng (Burk,) F. H. Chen. is a well known Ghinese traditional drug. In recent years, San-Chi has been used for treatment of angina pectoris, so we studied the constituents of this drug.β-Sitosterol, daucosterol, quercitin, a glycoside of quercitin, (Glucose, xylose and glucuronic acid present in the sugar moeity) sucrose and six saponins (Sanchinosides C1,C3, D1, D2, E1 and E2) were isolated from the root hairs of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen. Sanchinoside C1 and E1 were found to be identical with ginsenoside-Rgl and-Rbl respectively. The saponin sanchinoside D1 (20-S-protopanaxatriol, glucose, xylose and rhamnose) was not found in the roots, flowers, buds and leaves of Panax spp. Studies of the chemical structure of sanchinoside D1 is in progress. Sanchinoside-C3, D2 and E2 have been isolated only in small amounts. |
