藏羚羊脑红蛋白基因的组织表达谱分析

摘    要:目的 探讨藏羚羊脑红蛋白( Neuroglobin,NGB)基因在组织中的表达谱及在不同脑区的表达情况.方法 运用RT-PCR和Real-time PCR技术对藏羚羊NGB基因的组织特异性表达进行检测、分析.结果 NGB基因在大脑皮层、海马、小脑、丘脑等不同脑区有表达,在心、肝、脾、肾和骨骼肌组织中有表达.其中以大脑皮层顶叶和海马表达量相对较高.结论 藏羚羊NGB基因在脑中广泛分布,且不同脑区NGB mRNA的表达不同.此外,NGB在藏羚羊不同组织中也有不同程度的表达,提示NGB基因并不是神经系统所特有的,它可能在机体较为广泛的区域中发挥着作用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the tissue expression profile and expression of Neuroglobin(NGB) gene in different brain regions of Tibetan Antelope.Methods The expression and distribution of NGB in Tibetan Antelope tissues and cells were examined by RT-PCR and Real-Time PCR.Results NGB gene was not only express in cerebral cortex,hippocampus,cerebellum,thalamus,but also express in other different tissues,such as heart,liver,spleen,kidney and skeletal muscle.And expressed higher in cerebral cortex and hippocampus,it may relate with the different sensitivity to hypoxia in different tissue.Conclusion Broad distribution of NGB gene in Tibetan Antelope suggests that NGB gene may play an important rule not only in nervous system but also in whole boby.
