摘    要:目的建立同时测定青海野生和栽培宽叶羌活中阿魏酸和异欧前胡素含量的方法。方法基于药典方法,利用阿魏酸和异欧前胡素的最大吸收波长相近的特性,通过对提取溶剂、提取方法等因素的比较研究以及对色谱条件的优化,采用高效液相色谱法,在同一波长测定这两种药效成分的含量。结果阿魏酸在0.496~2.480μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9957,平均回收率为98.98%,RSD为1.28%(n=6)。异欧前胡素在0.0724~0.7240μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.54%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法不仅能同时测定羌活中阿魏酸和异欧前胡素的含量,而且所建方法简便、准确、可控性强。

Abstract:Objective To determinate content of ferulic acid and isoimperatorin in wild and cultivated Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix from Qinghai.Comparision of cultivated and wild Qinghai Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix in the two similavities and differences between the effective components.Methods Based on official method,ferulic acid and isoimperatorin close to the maximum absorption wavelength,the use of anti-performance liquid chromatography,determined in the same wavelength of the content of these two effective components.Results Calibration curves were linear over the range 0.496 to 2.480 μg for ferulic acid and 0.0724 to 0.7240 μg for isoimperatorin.The recovery of ferulic acid and isoimperatorin were 98.98% and 99.74%,respectively.Conclusion This method is not only more targets simultaneously the contents of ferulic acid and isoimperatorin,and the method is simple,accurate.
