| Abstract: | This article reported plan of carry out design and used nursing work.It was programmed to plan that all work.For example,nursing clinical,science,education and education health.And used in the nursing of practication.Result that showed rates of conform to nursing standard of all work higher than before no used it,with statistical significance.It is also found that speed implement of PDCA was fast.This methods will be helpful to the better management of nursing work in the future. |
