| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立薄层扫描法测定降糖丸中葛根素含量的方法。方法 :固定相为硅胶GF254,流动相为氯仿 -甲醇 -水 (7∶2 5∶0 25) ,检测波长为254nm ,参比波长为370nm。结果 :葛根素在0 4μg～2 0μg 范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为99 4 %(n=5) ,RSD为1 37 %。结论 :本方法准确、可靠 ,可用于测定降糖丸中葛根素的含量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To develop a method of thin－ layer chromatographic scanning to determine the content of puerarin in Jiangtang pill METHODS： Silica GF254 thin－ layer was used， and the mobile phase consisted of chloroform－ methanol－ water(7∶ 2 5∶ 0 25) with the detection wave－ length of 254nm and the control wave－ length of 370nm RESULTS： The linear range of puerarin was 0 4～ 2 0μ g The mean recovery was 99 40％ (n=5) with RSD of 1 37％ CONCLUSION： This method is accurate， reliable and can be used for the determination of puerarin in Jiangtang pill |
