| Abstract: | Exampled with the sterilization of culture in full tank,the design and installation of sterilization system with heating from jacketed hot water in closed piping were analyzed in this article.The pump,heat exchanger,expansion tank and safety valve in jacket were emphatically analyzed,and then,the comparison of the designs before and after reform was carried out. |
